Super Product and Fast Shipping

On Friday, November 3 I ordered 25 yards of Seascape vinyl in Fire (red). I expect my order to come in 3 or 4 days. Saturday morning I tracked it so I could tell my customer when we could get started. To my amazement the tracking site said it was on the truck. My material was delivered before 9:30am on Saturday (thank you FedEx).
The color of the vinyl was true to our sample card, which we really appreciate as we know it can vary some.
We started on our seats right away. My husband, who has done upholstery for the better part of 50 years, loved the vinyl. He says it is a good grade material, easy to work with, sews up nice without buckling & the corners laid down real nice. There really isn't any stretch so you wouldn't want it if you were looking for that give.
The customer service here has always been great. Last year there was a mistake made & they fixed it immediately. Yes, it was a little inconvenient BUT mistakes happen....the kindness & speed of fixing it made up for the error.
