I Need To Return An Item For Refund
  • We will accept returns of uncut material/unused items for any reason within 30 days.
  • All materials must have a return authorization (you may e-mail us or phone us at the e-mail address or phone number below).
  • Credit amount will be less all freight charges incurred. Credit will be issued to the credit card used on the order. Credits can take up to 4 weeks to be issued.
  • There are no returns once materials have been cut or used. All merchandise must be unused. Materials must be placed back in original packing or equivalent.
  • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs to return any item(s).
  • There will be a 20% Restocking Fee on ALL returned items.

Do you sell wholesale?

All prices listed on our website are wholesale.

Are All Of Your Products In Stock?

Most products are in stock in our Mississippi warehouse at all times, unless it is a special order item. Some special order items are drop shipped direct from the manufacturer’s warehouse.
(These Special Order Items will be noted on our website when this is the case).

You will be contacted within 48 hours either by phone or e-mail if we are out of stock on a particular item.

Do You Have Offer A Catalog/Samples?
  • We do not have a printed catalog to offer.
  • We DO offer individual samples though. We also have certain SAMPLE CARDS of specific materials that are available for purchase through our website. Not all products have Sample Cards for purchase.
  • If you see a material that you like, you can order a sample through our REQUEST SAMPLES LINK.
    Individual Cut Samples (3" x 5") are $0.50 cents each.
  • Sample orders for individual cut samples can take up to a week to be cut, labeled and mailed.

Do You Offer Discounts Or Coupons?
  • From time to time we send out e-mails with a current Coupon Code for extra savings.

  • Coupon Codes must be used at time of purchase.
  • Discounts cannot be given after the order has been processed and shipped!

How Do You Sell Your Fabrics & Vinyl?
  • We sell all of our materials by the "Running Yard". One Yard of material will be whatever the width of the material is, by one yard (3 feet) in length.
  • Example: One Yard of 54" Inch Wide Material would be 54" Inches Wide and 3 Feet long.
  • If you need to order 1/2 yard increments, please contact us by phone to place your order.
    We do have a 1 yard MINIMUM for all materials.

Does Your Material Come In One Continuous Length?
  • Yes, our materials are sold in continuous lengths.
  • If you order two yards of material, you will receive 6 feet of material in length.
    3 yards of material = 9 feet of material
    4 yards of material = 12 feet of material
    and so on...
  • In the event that you place a large order for one single type of material, and we do not have the material in one continuous length, you will be contacted before we ship your order to see if what we have in stock will work for your application.

What Countries Do You Ship To?
  • We ship mainly to the United States and Canada.

Will You Ship To Countries Outside of the USA?
  • Please contact us by phone or e-mail for a shipping quote for an International Order BEFORE placing your order through our website. International Shipping Costs can be very expensive. We ship by USPS Global Express Mail to countries outside of the USA.
  • Once we have quoted your shipping costs, you can place your order through our website.
  • NOTE: Shipping Charges for orders outside of the United States CAN NOT be calculated through the website. Once your order is shipped, we will add the shipping costs back to your invoice and charge your credit card. This is why we ask that you contact us first before placing an International Order.
  • We MAY require that you fax a copy of your credit card, both front and back, along with a copy of a photo id of yourself. This is the only way that we can verify that you are the actual card holder. This is to safeguard against fraudulent orders for our customers and us.
  • You can fax all of this info to us at 1-662-434-0075.
  • We will also accept Money Orders, Cashiers Checks, or any other form of Certified Bank Check for payment before shipping.
  • All international shipping charges do not include any customs or brokers fees. All shipments will declare ACTUAL value of the products. Please do not ask us to declare a lesser value for your package. Buyers are responsible for all customs and duties fees. Shipments to CANADA are shipped with UPS Standard Ground or USPS Global Express Mail.
  • Shipments outside the US (except CANADA) are usually shipped via USPS Global Express Mail with insurance, tracking, and signature requirement. We are unable to supply a tracking number with USPS Global Priority Mail shipments since USPS does not provide such service. If an item is lost or damaged through this route, it might take up to 30 days to file a claim. All buyers agree to settle such claims with the USPS Post Office.

Do You Ship To APO/FPO Addresses?
  • Yes, we do ship to APO/FPO address, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska and Guam via USPS Priority mail. Tracking numbers are not available for APO/FPO and Guam shipping addresses.

What Will My Shipping Costs Be?
  • Shipping charges are calculated only for the 48 US Continental States at the Checkout Page when you select Ground, Next Day, Second Day, or 3-Day Select for your shipping option. After viewing your complete order total, you will be given the opportunity to accept or decline your purchase, before processing your order through our website.
  • Shipping costs are NOT calculated through our website when you select First Class Mail, Priority Mail, or International Global Express Mail for your shipping option. Actual USPS shipping costs + $3.00 Handling Fee WILL BE ADDED to your order once we ship your package this way. The shipping cost will be updated to your online invoice once the package is mailed...
  • We charge actual UPS and U.S. Mail shipping costs to our customers. There is a $3.00 shipping & handling fee added to each order. Our preferred method of shipping is UPS - Your order WILL SHIP QUICKER when selecting "Ground" for your method of shipping. Orders shipping by USPS Mail usually take 2-3 days to ship.
  • Sometimes UPS Ground shipping costs is not calculated online if a LARGE order is placed. Our website can only calculate up to 150 lbs. of weight per order. In the event that your freight is not calculated for you, we will call first to discuss costs before shipping your order.
  • Please be aware that if you select U.S. Mail for your Shipping Option, it is usually CHEAPER & FASTER to ship by UPS. A lot of our materials can be quite heavy and large... We always check to see which one is cheaper. So, if it is cheaper to ship by UPS, we will correct the shipping option from U.S. Mail to UPS. We reserve the right to choose which shipping company to use for shipments.
  • Shipping charges are absolutely non-refundable and non-negotiable under any circumstances. We double check all orders for correct freight costs before they ship. If there is a discrepancy with shipping costs on our end, we WILL correct the charges on your invoice to reflect the actual shipping costs and refund any differences back to your credit card.
  • Delivery transit may take 1-7 days for U.S. customers & 7-14 days for International shipments, depending on destination.

Refused Shipments
  • Refused or undeliverable packages are not grounds for a refund.
  • Customers will be re-shipped another shipment if the packages are returned to us. Customers will be charged another shipping and handling fee for the re-shipment.
  • If a change of address occurs during a UPS shipment, through no fault of ours, the customer will be charged a $10.00 fee for the change of address (this fee is charged to us by UPS). Please be sure to include your COMPLETE shipping address when ordering. If we cannot verify that your address is correct, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

Will My Credit Card Be Charged Immediately When I Place My Order?
  • Your credit cards is authorized through our website when you place your roder. Your credit card account will not be charged UNTIL your order is processed and shipped.

There Are Multiple Charges On My Credit Card
  • You may see more than one charge on your account. These are not actual "charges", they are "Authorization Charges".
  • "Authorization Charges" only check to verify that there is sufficient money in your account.
  • These "Authorization Charges" will disappear from your account in a few days.
  • Our system is set up to where your credit card can be charged only ONE time.

My Package Was Damaged Or Lost In Transit
  • If your shipment arrives damaged in shipment, please contact us immediately for resolution.
  • We will reship any damaged or lost items as soon as a resolution is made with the shipping company...

We Reserve The Right To Refuse Service At Any Time

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order, for any reason, at any time, and whether or not the order has been charged to your credit card. If a credit card has already been charged for the purchase and the order is canceled, we will issue a credit to the credit card account in the amount equal to the charge.

the Customer is responsible for inspecting all materials for defects,
or shortages before use. Please check your order immediately after receiving it.
We cannot and will not replace, or refund your order once you have cut or used the material.
All claims for shortages, or missing items after 30 days will not be honored.
