K-Grip 409 adhesive is a GENERAL PURPOSE, high solids synthetic rubber adhesive which can be dispensed through any low pressure air sprayer. It gives a quick tack, forming a strong bond and soft glue line when bonding, splicing or pinching urethane foam.
APPLICATION:
409 has a faster evaporating solvent carrier than most other foam & fabric adhesives and offers a faster tack or dry time. Use lower pressure air when spraying to minimize premature drying of the adhesive.
NOT RECOMMENDED FOR "BRUSH ON" APPLICATIONS!
NOT RECOMMENDED FOR HEADLINER OR AUTOMOTIVE APPLICATIONS!
CLEAN-UP:
Wet or dry film may be removed with mineral spirits or chlorinated solvents. For non-metallic substrates, testing of production parts in typical operating environments for incompatibility is recommended.
